How to Download Your Photos

Once you have entered your event password and opened the Google Drive folder, follow the instructions below for your device.

On a Computer (Windows / Mac)

To download a single photo:

Hover your mouse over the photo

Click the three dots (⋮) in the top-right corner

Select "Download"

To download multiple photos:

Click the circle checkbox in the top-left corner of each photo you want

Right-click (or Ctrl+click on Mac) on any selected photo

Select "Download"

To download all photos at once:

Click the circle checkbox next to the folder name (or press Ctrl+A on Windows / Cmd+A on Mac to select all)

Right-click (or Ctrl+click on Mac)

Select "Download"

Note: If your photos download as a ZIP file:

Windows: Right-click the ZIP file → "Extract All"

Mac: Double-click the ZIP file – it opens automatically

On a Phone (iPhone / Android)

To download a single photo:

Tap the photo to open it

Tap the three dots (⋮) in the top-right corner

Tap "Download"

The photo saves to your camera roll

To download multiple photos:

Tap and hold on a photo until a checkmark appears

Tap additional photos to select them

Tap the three dots (⋮) in the top-right corner

Tap "Download"

All selected photos save to your camera roll

To download all photos at once:

Tap the three dots (⋮) next to the folder name

Tap "Download"

Google Drive creates a ZIP file

You may need a free app like iZip to open it on your phone

If you cannot download the photos, try these steps:

Make sure you entered the correct password

Check that you are connected to the internet

Try refreshing the page and entering the password again

If you see "Request access" instead of photos, contact the event organizer
